"The press office’s work has two goals. Firstly, to strengthen brand awareness, emphasizing the pasta factory’s deep, strict commitment to the values of organic farming and the rural community. Secondly, to raise the profile of pasta, not only of durum wheat, but also of ancient wheats (Graziella Ra, Cappelli and Farro Triticum Dicoccum, in which Girolomoni® specializes) and wholemeal pasta, which is produced by Girolomoni® by grinding the whole grain, without the addition of bran, as is sometimes the case.
Finally, we promote the agricultural cooperative’s institutional/financial news. Gino Girolomoni’s dream continues today, thanks to the family’s next generation. An ambitious project has been carried out to build the mill attached to the pasta factory (over 3 million euro) and to install a wood chip boiler, which will provide all the hot water required for drying pasta."
