What better way to appreciate a wine than to taste it?
Even better if you are presented with a wide selection of wines or even different interpretations of the same wine. Armed with this conviction, we have organized events that have brought South Tyrolean wines to different Italian cities, choosing a different interpretation every year.
In Rome and Milan, at a tasting event with fifty different wines, the potential evolution of Pinot Bianco, Sauvignon and Gewürztraminer was discussed, followed by stories of the many small producers that make the South Tyrolean region so special and a discussion of how vineyards’ altitude is reflected in the wine.
The participants? Hundreds of industry professionals and enthusiasts.
Naturally, the range of initiatives included guided tastings for insiders and sommeliers: under the guidance of the brand ambassador, dozens of seminars throughout Italy highlighted the distinctive characteristics of South Tyrolean wines.
